Conditions of our activities

  1. . The minimum age to participate in our activities is 16 years old at the beginning of the course.
  2. . All our activities have a limited number of places that will be assigned in strict order of arrival of the enrollment application.
  3. . The online application will be accepted only if:
    1. . The online form has been duly completed.
    2. . The bank receipt of having made the due payment has been attached, or the payment has been done online through the same form.
    3. . The required documents have been attached.
  4. . Exceptionally, other selection criteria may be included in the advertising of the activities.
  5. . To determine the level of the people who wish to participate in the language courses, a level confirmation test will be carried out that will take place during the first session of the course.
  6. . In the event that there are no available places at the recommended level, those interested may request the transfer of their enrollment to courses of the same level that will be taught in future editions.
  7. . The request to change the course, once it has started, will only be considered if it is channeled through the teaching staff.
  8. . CSLM activities can be canceled if a sufficient number of participants is not reached, which will vary in each edition or call. If necessary, this decision may be taken until the last school day before the start of the activity and the full refund of the amount that the participants have paid for tuition is guaranteed. The continuity of a course will be decided after possible level changes or cancellations that may occur during the first two sessions of the activity and that cause the number of registered participants to be less than at the time of its launch. Affected students will receive a notification of the cancellation via email requesting the necessary data to make the return, which will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the requested data.
  9. . If the student withdraws before the start of the course, the amounts paid will be refunded in full provided that they formally communicate their withdrawal one week before the start date of the activity, and 50 percent of the amount paid after this period and until the start date of the activity; no refund of this amount will be made if the activity has already begun. However, in cases of force majeure, equity will be taken into account to determine the corresponding refund percentage. In cases in which the cancellation and refund is requested due to visa refusal, official documentation must be provided at least 3 weeks before the start of the course. Otherwise, the student will have to pay the administration costs, which correspond to 10% of the total amount paid. In the case of official level accreditation tests, the procedure for requesting cancellation, if applicable, will be governed by the regulations specified for each test.
  10. . The formalization of a student’s enrollment implies acceptance of the general operating conditions of the CSLM.
  11. . The neglect of these conditions, as well as the breach of the basic rules of conduct and respect towards the participants, may lead to the cancellation of the enrollment by the CSLM.
  12. . Requests for changes in the exam date will be studied only and exclusively in the following cases, provided that they are requested in writing and justified and documented:
    1. . Travel for work, study or other justified reason.
    2. . Coincidence with university exams.
    3. . Job or job interview.
    4. . Participation in presentations or conferences (Teaching and Research Academic Staff).
    5. . Hospitalization or medical leave.
    6. . Death of a relative.
In these cases, after approval of the academic coordination, a new date will be agreed with the student to take the test.
