Conditions

1. The minimum age to participate in our activities is 16 years old at the start of the course.

2. Our activities have limited availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. To apply online, please ensure that you:

  1. . Have completed the form.
  2. . Attached the bank receipt or made the payment online
  3. . Provided all required documents

4. Exceptionally, other selection criteria may apply and will be specified in the advertising info about  the activities

5. Language course participants will be required to take a placement test in the first session of the course to determine their proficiency level in the language chosen. If there are no  available  places at the recommended level course, you may request a refund.

6. Course/level changes can only be advised by the teaching staff once the course has started.

7. CSLM activities may be cancelled if there are not enough participants. The decision to cancel may be made until one day prior to the start of the activity , and participants will receive a full refund. The course’s continuity will be determined after the first two sessions and may result in cancellations or level changes.

8. CSLM activities may be cancelled if a sufficient number of participants is not reached, which will vary in each edition or call. If necessary, this decision may be taken up to the last school day before the start of the activity and a full refund of the amount paid by the participants as registration fees is guaranteed. The continuation of an activity will be decided after possible changes of level or cancellations that may occur during the first two sessions of the activity and that cause the number of registered participants to be lower than at the time of its start. The affected students will receive an email notification of the cancellation requesting the necessary data to make the refund, which will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the requested data.

9. If the student withdraws before the start of the course, the full amount paid will be refunded as long as he/she formally communicates his/her withdrawal 7 days before the start date of the activity. After this period, no refund will be made. In official level accreditation tests, the procedure for requesting cancellation, if applicable, will be governed by the regulations specified for each test.

10. The formalisation of a student’s enrolment implies acceptance of the general operating conditions of the CSLM.

11. Failure to comply with these conditions, as well as non-compliance with the basic rules of conduct and respect towards the participants, may result in the cancellation of the registration by the CSLM.

12. Requests to change the exam date will only and exclusively be considered in the following cases, provided that they are requested in writing and justified and accredited by documentation:

  1. . Travel for work, study or other justified reasons.
  2. . Coincidence with official teaching exams.
  3. . Work or job interview.
  4. . Participation in lectures or conferences (PDI).
  5. . Hospitalisation or medical leave.
  6. . Death of a family member.
  7. . In these cases, with the prior approval of the academic coordination, a new date for the test will be agreed with the student.
